Baptism

Into Christ

'Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God
unless they are born of water and the Spirit.

John 3:5

To Baptise or Not to Baptise?

It's a joyous moment that we celebrate and support you through from beginning to the bit

where you actually get fully emerged in the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

We are not saying that no one is saved unless they are water baptised as many do receive

Christ and never be baptised but:

Water baptism by immersion was so important to Jesus Christ that he baptised

all of his disciples then he went to John and both went down into the water.

It has been a fundamental teaching of Jesus Christ and His Church,

(Hebrews 6:2)

We do not have a set schedule for Baptism, though if many receive Jesus Christ in they're hearts and as there Lord and Saviour and want full baptism (which we fully recommend), then we arrange a day, time and location to Baptise the many

but we will also happily arrange as the opportunities arise.

We love baptisms and we clearly state it is only into Christ, in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit and is never about our fellowship or loyalty to us.  Everyone has to have their own relationship to God and Baptism is

not about denomination!

Baptism can take place in a shallow river, baptism pool,

swimming pool, the sea or even your own bath if you want!

PLEASE NOTE; We do not do Christening of babies or young children by Parents request. Baptism scripturally has to be free will and consciously chosen to believe in and follow Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour.

WATER BAPTISM – Baptism in water is by immersion, is a direct commandment of our Lord, and is for believers only. The ordinance is a symbol of the Christian’s identification with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection (Matt. 28:19; Rom. 6:4; Col. 2:12; Acts 8:36-39).

The following recommendation regarding the water baptismal formula is adopted; to wit: “On the confession of your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, and by His authority, I baptize you in the Name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Ghost. Amen.”

If you want to be water baptised please contact us so we

can arrange of course locally.

Jesus baptised, and so do we!

"for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ."

Galatians 3:27

'Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,20 and teaching them to obey
everything I have commanded you.
And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Matthew 28:19-20
